INFORMATION FOR ONLINE PARTICIPANTS

Registration
There is no online registration, however, please log in to the Zoom a few minutes before the start of each session.

COVID-19 prevention
We hope you are vaccinated and safe, however you do not need to provide us with avaccination or test. All of the present participants have to be tested or vaccinated. COVID-19is not contagious online, you don’t have to worry during the workshop. 🙂

Other information
The workshop will be in the hybrid form combining present and online participants. All the present participants will be part in the shared streem. During discussions you can participate freely, you can talk (preferred – you can raise your hand and sign up for aword) or use chat. If possible, turn on the camera. However, if you are not speaking,please turn off the microphone (it may interfere with the sound).

Refreshment and social events
Feel free to consume anything at any time during the workshop. Please prepare refreshments before the start of the sections so that you do not have to leave the computer during them.
A small social event for the present participants will take place on the Day 1 (in the lecture room) and Day 2 (joint dinner in the restaurant). During the social event on the Day 1 we will stay online, you can talk to us or see us via Zoom. On both evenings (Day 1and 2) you can enjoy the online social program (see below).
